It’s been really hot around these parts..but I am in the mood for Fall foods, so I decided to whip up one of my favorite Fall soups. It pairs perfectly with a yummy ham and swiss panini (smear some blackberry jam on that sammich and you have one of my fav things ever)..but I actually made herb crusted pork chops with this and it was amazing. It could also be a great main dish..just add some crusty bread and you’d be good to go. Top this soup with whatever you want but I love it with goat cheese crumbles. I didn’t have any bacon but that would be delicious as well. Let me know if you try to make this and if you like it as well.
